We only use top quality massage oils in Sanuk Spa centres. Those are cold-drawn oils and ∏ technology processed oils containing high percentage of usable bioactive components given to us by nature.
Sunflower oil – has warming and regenerative effects. It contains high amount of vitamin E and minerals and that´s why it supports healing of acne and eczema skin. It serves as a base for further massage compositions.
Almond oil – has strong calming and regenerative effects, it is quickly absorbed into the skin, it won´t leave people feeling greasy. It is the most popular aromatic oil among massage therapists, suitable for child´s skin. It is typically used for all skin types ( eczema, acne, sensitive skin, sunburnt ). Especially useful for dry cracked skin, peel-off skin. It contains a lot of vitamins and oil acid, which belongs to unsaturated fatty acids and tocoferolum alpha, natural antioxidant.
Poppy seed oil – rich in unsaturated fatty acids ( linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid ). Saturates and protects skin, it´s ideal for dry cracked skin or eczematic skin. Regenetates skin and leaves it soft and impalpable. Adds essential fatty acids and supports hydration. Due to soft poppy seed aroma breaks down pressure, it´s ideal for headache combinations, for those who feel overworked, anti-stress and for children massage combinations. Soyabean oil – has significant regenerative and softening impact on dry, acneic and eczematic skin. It contains high amount of lecithin ( only cold-drawn oil ), a key building block of cells, especially in central nervous system. Strenghtens memory and harmonizes your body.
Hemp oil – thanks to its unique properties is considered as the most valuable plant oil. Processed from Cannabis sativa contains more than 75% of unsatured fatty acids which are necessary for our skin. The most important is linoleic acid, omega-6 (LA), alpha-linolenic acid,omega-3 (ALA) in addition to gamma-linolenic acid, omega-6 (GLA), essential for human body ( we cannot produce it, we have to absorb it from food or through skin ). Those acids bear excellent regenerative, softening, calming, antiphlogistic and greasing elements and strenghten skin resistance. Omega-3 blocks formation of histamine and brakes allergic reactions.
